Q: Do you use film or digital?

A: Both! Film gives my photos a beautiful, timeless feel, and I use digital to make sure I don’t miss any special moments.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF CAMERA EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

A: I use only high-end professional grade equipment. Below is what I typically bring on a wedding day, but not a complete collection of my gears. Pentax 645NII, Pentax 75mm f/2.8, Sony A7R III, Sony A7II, Sony Zeiss 35mm f/1.4, Sony Zeiss 55 f/1.8.

Q: what is the booking process?

A: If you decided to consider me for your photography service (Thank you!), all I require is a 50% non-refundable deposit and fill out an online wedding contract. The remaining part would be collected at the end of the shooting day.

Q: how many photos will we receive?

A: Depending on the length of coverage and number of guests, I typically deliver 50 photos per hour.

Q: do you edit all the images?

A: Yes! I carefully select the best images and fully edit each one before delivering them to you. Every photo is enhanced to match my signature style while keeping it natural and timeless.

Q: do you also deliever raw files?

A: I don’t offer RAW files to clients. How I post-process my images is to make sure they are consistent with my look. Hopefully that’s the reason why you would like to hire me. If you feel like I’ve missed a photo you were hoping for, please let me know and I will share it with you.

Q: what is your turnaround time?

A: During wedding season, my turnaround time is usually 6 weeks. In the off-season, it’s typically 4 weeks or less. I always strive to deliver your photos as soon as possible while ensuring they receive the attention they deserve! 

Q: WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR AN ENGAGEMENT/PORTRAIT SESSION?

A: There are so many gorgeous places I would recommend, but I believe the best location is the one that hold a special meaning to you. Obviously I like to be as involved as I can and help my couples with the timeline, locations, outfits, ect.

Q: how many weddings do you shoot a year?

A: I only take a limited amount of weddings per year to give each of my couple the best service that they deserve.

Q: we have a destination wedding. are you available for travel?

A: Absolutely yes! I’m willing to travel anywhere my couples would love to have me. Please get in touch with us for more info and a customized quote.

Q: what if it rains?

A: I believe even on a rainy day, the portraits can be special and charming. Although rain may not be ideal for a wedding day, if couples could come prepare with a beautiful umbrella, it certainly can add to the elegance of the images. Re-schedule is available once each session for severe weather condition.
